Plant Wide Services started with an idea that has not changed since: bring back the old school contractor workmanship this corridor was built on, and run a company that treats the trades as a craft worth teaching. From the first crews, the company hired for aptitude and trained its own employees in their trades, so electricians and instrument technicians learn the whole job instead of one narrow piece of it.
That is still how the work runs today. Quality work is acknowledged rather than merely invoiced — the hands who did it are recognized for it — because holding to that standard is the whole point of the company. It is also why we took on both sides of the trade at once: one contractor answers for the electrical power systems and for the instrumentation loops.
One contractor carries both the electrical work and the instrumentation work.
